Come Touch with Us

Table of Contents | Print

Without a storm is raging
Mother nature spreads her wings
Within my heart is burning,
Filled with peace and love it sings.

It doesn’t take a night like this
To make me more aware,
But honesty with my own emotions
And good friends with whom to share.

Yet we all must face the heartbreak,
A lover disappears, we’re left alone.
It is then we must look inward
To find the happiness love has sown.

So if you’re down and lonely
Without another over which to fuss,
Just open your heart, extend your hand
And come touch with the rest of us.
