Garden of Love

Table of Contents | Print

I know you’re out there somewhere
In this crazy world of ours,
Either hiding in the bushes
Or dancing with the flowers

That pave my road to happiness
Alongside a separate path for you
To escort me to a universe
Waiting especially for two.

Where tenderness stretches boundaries
A loving touch can show
And inner peace explores the depth
A life of love may know.

For hand in hand we’ll travel
To share both the pleasures and pain
And build our strength from happiness
To see sunshine through the rain.

So do not stop your dancing yet
To look where I may be,
Just play within your garden
And let your spirit roam carefree.

When the time is perfect
For our paths of life to meet,
There still remains a lifetime
To be swept up off our feet.
